Where You Sleep
If you booked a “Single Mattress or Couch in a Female Dormitory Room”, your sleeping space will be a sofa or mattress in the living room. If you booked a “Bunk Bed in a Female Dormitory Room”, your sleeping space will be an upper or lower bunk in a bedroom.
Requirements
– For Filipino guests:
Original physical primary government-issued ID only (photocopies are not accepted)

– For non-Filipino guests:

*To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in, you are required to send us a copy of the ID you will present at the condominium in advance. Otherwise, the check-in process may take additional time.
This property is not a hotel, but a condominium unit operated as a dormitory. We recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask for your comfort.
House Rules & Policies
Noise Advisory
We kindly ask that doors be opened and closed as quietly as possible.
During the night, please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Please refrain from banging on the walls.
Dining Space
Please consume food and drinks only in the designated dining area.
Eating or drinking in bedrooms, or on sofas and mattresses, is not allowed.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed.
If liquids are spilled near electrical outlets, there is a risk of electric shock. Please contact the host immediately if this occurs.
Kitchen Use
If you wish to use the kitchen, please obtain the host’s permission in advance.
Please do not use food items that you did not purchase yourself without permission.
Please also refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods, as odors may spread and inconvenience other guests.
If the smoke detector is triggered during cooking, the condominium management may impose a penalty of PHP 5,000.
Never leave the gas stove unattended while cooking.
Any charges incurred due to cooking-related incidents will be the guest’s responsibility.
Laundry
A laundry shop is available on the basement level of the condominium. Guests are responsible for dropping off and picking up their own laundry.
Please note that same-day service may not be available depending on demand.
A washing machine is available within the dormitory; however, please refrain from using it unless prior arrangements have been made with the host regarding usage fees and conditions.
Bathroom
Shampoo and soap are not provided free of charge. Please purchase them at a nearby convenience store or supermarket if needed.
There is a 7-Eleven located 1 minute away from the property.
To Other Guests & Host
Please maintain appropriate personal boundaries and treat others with respect at all times.
Discriminatory remarks based on appearance, nationality, culture, or personal values are strictly prohibited.
Any demeaning, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other guests may result in immediate check-out.
As this property allows children, shouting, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may also result in immediate check-out.
Respect toward other guests and the host must be maintained at all times.
